About us

Hey, my name is Cody!
Sup nerd, I am so glad that you are viewing our website. Let me tell you a little about me. I am currently an RD2B. Scroll down for more information! I will acquire my BS of Science in Nutritional Sciences with the option of Dietetics in May 2023 from Oklahoma State University.
I made this website because I absolutely enjoy cooking and figuring out how to healthify iconic recipes. This is a collaborative website featuring authors who are also RD2B's. Much of the information posted reflects what we are learning through our studies. I initially got interested in joining dietetics because of the health conditions that are present in my family. Once I entered college, I fell into a nerdy spiral. It is incredible how much goes into nutrition. Hopefully this website reflects what myself and my colleagues have learned thus far.
