This recipe is a good source of protein, fiber, and healthy fats. Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 scoops vanilla whey protein
- 1 1/2 cup milk (pick the lowest fat possible)
- OPTIONAL: 1 Tbsp DARK chocolate chips
Directions
- Put the bananas, chia seeds, cocoa powder, whey protein, chocolate chips (optional), and milk in a blender
- Blend it until smooth
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder
- Enjoy!
