Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Mayo
- 2 Tbsp. Non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Paprika
- 2 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
Directions
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the ketchup, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and non-fat Greek yogurt until smooth and combined.
2. Add the paprika, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and garlic salt to the bowl and whisk until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
3. Let the sauce sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
4. Serve the sauce with your favorite protein, vegetables or as a dip.
