Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, unsalted
- 2 sq. baking chocolate
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sifted flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts OR chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Lightly grease a 9x9 casserole dish and flour it with 2 Tbsp of flour. For reference on hour to grease and flour a pan look at the video below!
- Cream butter and sugar in a medium bowl
- Add eggs and beat well
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar, 1/2 cup flour, and salt
- Add dry mix to the wet mixture bowl
- In a microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate squares. Microwave in 15-20 second intervals until it is melted
- Add chocolate to brownie mix; combine very well
- Pour into greased casserole dish
- Bake for 23-25 minutes
- Let cool for 5 minutes
