  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (reduced-fat)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional for garnish)
  • Directions

    1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    2. Combine Ingredients:
      • In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, reduced-fat cream cheese, hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
      • Stir in the shredded chicken and half of the mozzarella cheese until well combined.
