Air Fryer Cajun-Inspired Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 tsp. Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning (plus a pinch for the end)

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F
  2. Cut potatoes in half length-wise, then cut into 1 inch strips
  3. Toss potato's with canola oil and cajun seasoning
  4. Put fries into air fryer but make sure they are not touching each other. If you need to do two batches, do it. It's worth it!
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, being sure to flip them halfway through.
  6. Take a pinch of the cajun seasoning and sprinkle over cooked fries
  7. Serve with our famous dip and enjoy!
