Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • /2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine the oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and salt.

2. Stir until well combined.

3. Add the chocolate chips and stir again.

4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate it overnight or for at least 4 hours.

5. In the morning, stir the oats, and add additional milk or yogurt if needed.
