Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 medium ripe banana, peeled andsliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 small apple, cored and diced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup Oikos Po Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

1. Add the spinach, banana, cucumber, apple, lemon juice,almond milk, ground chia seeds, and honey (if using) to a blender.

2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

3. Add the ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie isthick and frosty.

4. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
