Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 10-12 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water or soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple wedges and mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Directions

1. In a large glass, muddle the fresh mint leaves with thehoney or agave syrup using a muddler or the back of a spoon, until the mintleaves are slightly bruised.

2. Add ice cubes to the glass.

3. Pour in the pineapple juice, lime juice and stir tocombine.

4. Top with sparkling water or soda water and stir gently.

5. Garnish with pineapple wedges and mint leaves, ifdesired.

6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
